Savannah Quarters is one of the most promising gated residential and commercial areas in Savannah, GA. Development started a few years back, while there have been setbacks, it is back on track with plans coming to fruition. One example is the commercial village that is moving ahead; another is the 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, which is under construction.

There are still lots left in the high-end subdivision of Westbrook. Very beautiful, quality homes are being built ranging from the 400s to over a million.

Savannah Quarters is a great location – close to I-16, the airport, 15 minutes from Savannah, and even more now that Pooler Parkway is being built up. Across from Savannah Quarters where Westbrook is located, development is taking place for an incredible commercial complex with restaurants, coffee shops, high-end retail and a 16-screen cinema with restaurant and bar within the cinema.

I highly recommend Savannah Quarters, which offers condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, and luxury apartments at prices starting in the 200s in The Gates and Hamilton Square.
 
Savannah Quarters is being developed by Medallist Developments, a sister company of Urban Pacific Unlimited out of Australia. Greg Norman is associated with this company and the golf course at Savannah Quarters is a Greg Norman designed course. At the present clubhouse, they have the biggest pool of any complex in Savannah, along with a workout facility and a restaurant next to the new clubhouse being built. It is truly going to be a self-enclosed community that has everything one would need in close proximity.
