Wilmington Island Waterfront Home

This is a waterfront home I listed and sold last year. It was a pleasure showing this home which has been renovated from its original structure built in the late 19th century. The next photo is of the sunset view from the dock going out to the Wilmington River. There aren't many of these properties along the Wilmington River -- they are rare with beautiful views.

This view always made me want to stop time. The homes on the river along Wilmington Island Road truly are spectacular.

Tybee Island Beach

Tybee Island is Savannah's beach and is about 25 minutes from downtown. There are single family homes and condos along the beach and in the town of Tybee Island within walking distance to the beach.

Tybee's small laid-back barrier island has a 3-mile long beach with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The island's south-end pier and pavilion is a charming venue for strolling above the ocean while listening to the waves, and taking in the nature that surrounds you. Just steps away are an abundance of shops, galleries, restaurants, hotels and historic monuments.

This picture was taken at Dutch Island in Savannah. I was showing buyers vacant marsh front lots. Savannah has many marsh front properties, some that have tidal creeks that lead to the river. They make for great views and add an element of privacy.
