Ardsley Park
A view of the common areas that surrround Ardsley Park. This particular spot is popular for events especially weddings. The park goes from one end of the community with playgrounds and benches for the family, and the other side is more formal with walk ways lined with lovely landscaping. -
Parks around Ardsley
Ardsley Park was designed at diffent locations with one-acre circles, each named for a local official. Also designed was a landscaped mall (not a real mall like we think of mall now, but a walkway) lined with palmettos that stretches between Maupas Avenue to 47th Street. Beautiful green parks are located throughout the area.

Ardsley Park Homes - Savannah Ga
One of the good things about Ardsley Park is that it has something to offer for just about any buyer. While the prices generally start at around $200,000, you can still find homes for less than that. The main variation is in size. You can find 2 bedroom bungalows or 6 bedroom mansions, and everything in between.

Savannah Ga Homes
Renovation throughout the Savannah midtown area has been taking place for years. Many of the homes have been totally renovated and many are in the process. Some of these renovations are amazing, with re-builders bringing out the orginal charm and beauty. -
The lots in midtown are not huge, but they are larger than most lots used for new construction. Many of the backyards have been landscaped with patios and small garden areas. When you ride through the neighborhoods you are struck with how well-maintained the properties are kept.

In may of the homes, remodelers have paid attention to Master suites with larger baths and udpated kitchens. -
