Forsyth Park marks the transition from the downtown Savannah Historic District to the Savannah Victorian Historic Distict. Gwinnett Street, which stops, and starts on the other side, at the center of the park is where the Victorian District begins. You don't see a great change, but you do notice more eclectic, Victorian styles as opposed to the romantic/classical styles downtown.
