This particular complex, Hoover Creek, is alive with activity, at the pool and on the dock. When I lived there I got to many of the neighbors who were all friendly. On the weekends, the pool was active but never rowdy, and on the dock you would meet people fishing or catching crabs, sunbathing on the top deck or taking boat rides.

For, singles, young couples or older couples with young spirits, this is a great place to meet people and become a part of a community.

The great appeal of this condo and the location is that it is 5 minutes from the southside of Savannah where you can find anything you need, from shopping to services to restaurants to entertainment. The southside is where all the commercial growth in Savannah has grown and this condo provides an escape from it all, yet easy access to it all.

I will be posting a few blog posts about the condo I just listed at Hoover Creek Plantation. When I first moved to Savannah Ga I lived in this complex -- it was then an apartment complex, but now it has been converted into condos. I enjoyed my stay at these apartments because of the peaceful surroundings and access to the dock and views of the river. The pool and workout room were  an added enjoyment. The units themselves are large enough for a couple and a child, a couple or a single person; however, when I lived their it was with my wife and two sons, and we had plenty of room until the the kids grew a little older and started having friends over. The great room area is spacious and the master bedroom and bath have ample room. I will add a little more tomorrow about the location -- the location is excellent. The condo is priced at $185,000 which is good price for the location and access to boating from the dock. You won't find that price anywhere else in Savannah with this kind of river access.
