Good news for Savannah Ga

This report from Atlanta is mixed. Banks are still holding onto capital, so loans are hard to get, but exports are doing well, which is good news for Savannah with our port system doing better each year.

With interest rates still low and house prices low, if you can get a loan to buy a home, Savannah's economic outlook looks bright enough to make the investment. As real estate agents say quite often now -- I have no crystal ball -- but, I feel good about Savannah's prospects in the next 5-10 years.
