Downtown Savannah Real Estate sales statistics

Looking at the statistics on single family homes and townhomes in the downtown Savannah area from 2007 throgh 2010, price per sq ft dropped by 17%. I thought the reduction in prices would be greater. The percentage of sales price to asking price remained about the same around 93%. The days the homes stayed on the market before selling actually fell from 114 in 2007 to 104 in the past year.

The sales price was an average $295,000 on an average 1955 sq ft home -- this past year the average sales price was $255,000 on an 1840 sq ft home. Downtown Savannah homes have maintained their value fairly well though this downtrn.

Next I will run the numbers on Savannah southside.

If one has a lot of spare money to invest, it would be great to buy a property in Savannah because real estate is not that much affected by any economic slow down.

it is particularly those amateur attempts of recovering information that end up being your data’s worst enemy. dspkfd dspkfd - Kids Moncler Jackets.
