Ardsley Park -- Savannah Ga Real Estate statistics

In the previous post I discovered a drop in the sales price of homes in midtown Savannah to be approximately 25% in the last 4 years. I ran the numbers on Ardsley Park, which is in midtown Savannah, but it's a higher demand neighborhood. To save energy on typing, I won't list all the numbers on this one, but after crunching the numbers, I found a 12% drop in prices. This was based on the sales price per sq ft -- just taking the average sales price of homes sold, the drop was only 2%.

As I go through different areas of Savannah gathering the statistics, I will do a separate analyss of the high demand neighborhoods to see if this holds true for downtown Savannah, southside Savannah and the Savannah islands.
