    White House loses 25% of its value

    Home prices across the nation have fallen by 26% but even though this is worse than the home price fall during the depression, prior to our drop home prices in parts of the Northeast, California and Florida inflated way above reasonable values. In Savannah, the rise and the drop haven't been so drastic.

    In the next few days I will post statistics showing the Savannah Ga real estate market condition related to prices now and what they were three years ago.
