Have you been waiting for the housing bottom?

I'll go out on a limb and say that the housing industry is hitting the bottom. People are buying the glut of houses, slowly, and I predict a rebound this year -- a slow rebound. However, if you're looking for a deal, it's my opinion that now is the time to get a good deal. Actually, if you made a deal two months ago, that was probably the best time. In Savannah Ga., it's highly unlikely that prices will fall 10%, yet I have worked with buyers who a month ago bought homes for 15% to 17% below the market value based on sells within the last four months before the transaction. This means they did well -- if i'm correct.
We'll know in about 6 months if I'm right or not. However, Trump agrees with me.
