This link is to an article explaining the details of the new housing plan being considered by the Obama administration. This might not be helpful to a lot of people in Savannah real estate -- it seems like most of these mortgage adjustments will be in about five states where prices dropped the furthest. But it appears it will be helpful for people who've lost their jobs and have had to take jobs making less money or had adjustable rate mortgages.

I'll have to study it more closely and wait to the final plan is reached.
