Thankfully, Savannah real estate never rose to bubble levels, but we've been affected by the national housing situation. Prices have remained stable for the past year and half, slightly rising in some areas of Savannah, slightly falling in other areas.

Our hopes are that 2009 will be a year of moderate growth, perhaps signalling a healthy market with no huge spikes up or down. The national obsession with real estate is over, I think, now we are just cleaning up the mess.
