Godley Park Townhomes at The Highlands, Pooler GA

The Godley Park subdivision within the Highlands of Jimmy DeLoach Highway in Pooler GA has a lot to offer with large homes at good prices, but he townhomes are a special deal for those looking for low maintenance living, new construction and reduced prices.
I was showing in the area the other day and looked at some of the townhomes. I was impressed with the designs, especially the 4 bedroom, 3 bath Fairfield model. Not only are they reduced by about $30,000, they are spacious, open and designed for comfort and entertaining friends and family. You can also get a two car garage built in the back witha back lane access.
This particular subdivision is being developed by D.R. Horton. The Highlands is made up of about 4 or 5 subdisions with homes ranging from the 100s to the 400s. Godley Park has a clubhouse and a large swimming pool and workout area. They are planning on building about 700 more homes.
Jimmy Deloach has recently grown with scatted developments and is very close to the booming Pooler Parkway area, only minutes away. At first it seemed like Jimmy deloach would be developed mainly with warehouses and distribution centers feeding off the port, but it is now booming with residential growth. Jimmy Deloach now stretches from Hwy 80 outside Pooler, Ga to Hwy 21 in Port wentworth near the port. The plan is to eventually connect Jimmy Deloach Hwy to Interstate 16.
There are plans soon to build new schools in the area and more commercial interests.

Jimmy Deloach is going to become a Truckling facility warehouse area. You better get comfortable with driving among semi-trucks if you live in that area.
