A ray of housing light for Savannah and the nation

It looks encouraging to see the inventory begin to fall. We have a ways to go, but all along I've thought this summer would be the beginning of a recovery. Savannah has a large inventory of new construction and sales seem to be picking up. I suspect by next summer, the market will be normalized and some of the out of town buyers who are waiting to sell their homes will be making a move. The recovery will most likely be slow nationwide, however, I think Savannah will recover more quickly than a lot of areas.
