This a report on new construction sales in Richmond Hill covering the first six months of 2008, 2007 and 2006 as a comaprison for the past three years.

This year 58 new homes in Richmond Hill/Bryan County have sold for an average $121.27 per square foot with an average sales price of $260,553, 156 days on the market and 99% sales price to listing price.

In the first six months of 2007, 114 new homes were sold at an average of $125.44 a square foot with an average sales price of $278,467, 183 days on the market and 99% of sales price to listing price.

In the first six months of 2006, 118 new homes sold at an average of $125.70 a square foot with an avergae sales price of $279,045, 115 days on the market and 100% os sales price to list price.

So, this is good news for buyers in Richmond Hill, they can pay less per square foot. It appears the market remained stable from 2006 to 2007, then in 2008, way fewer homes have sold and they have sold for less, although days on the market is about the same.
