New Homes in Savannah GA

If you are looking for new home in Savannah GA, there are plenty of option available. Right outside of Savannah is Berwick Plantation where at least 5 subdivisions are building new -- prices from the 100s to the 500s. I recently helped two buyers purchase in the Chapel Lake North subdivisions and one in the Villages at Berwick. All three are very satisfied with the area.

Right behind Berwick Plantation is Southbridge, one of Savannah's best subdivisions -- plenty of amentiies and  great community activity.

I am providing links to the onsite sales office, but I recommend you have a buyer agent show you around to the different communities -- for representation.

In Pooler, on Pooler Parkway, about 15 minutes from Savannah, you have Godley Station, and further south on Pooler Parkway is Savannah Quarters. Both of these communites have a broad price range for new homes, and planty of amenities to offer.

Further west, close to the Effingham County/Chatham County border, you have Rice Hope which is going to be a great place to live once it's finished. In Effingham County you will find subdivisions being built all over -- too many to list.

Then, south of Savannah, you have Richmond Hill, GA, about 25 minutes away, which has new subdivisions being built on a constant basis.
