Rice Hope is a new development on Hwy 21 going toward Rincon, about 5 miles from the I95 Port Wentworth exit. Not only is the residential development in this area, single family homes and townhomes, there will also be commercial development.

This is a development to watch for those who want to be close to Savannah, but far enough out to avoid the hustle and bustle of city living. Home prices will run from the 100s, for townhomes, to the 500s. You will be able to get more square footage for your money compared to homes in downtown Savannah or the Savannah islands near water.
