Berwick Plantation is a development off Hwy 17 close to the I95 exit onto Hwy 204 which going north bevomes Abercorn Street, one of the main streets running through Savannah. Berwick Plantation backs up to Southbridge, a high end golf community with an entrance off Dean Forest Rd., close to Pooler and to I16.
Berwick Plantation has grown in recent years and has subdivsions throughout: Stonebridge, Villages of Berwick, Chapel Lake, Autumn Lake and The Enclave -- their are also several townhomes subdivisions within the development.
A new shopping center has been built with a Kroger's, Starbucks and Fuddruckers to name a few businesses in the center.
Home prices range from the 100s to the 500s. The Enclave is a gated community where the higher priced homes are located. Many of the homes are newly constructed an there are still many lots available for future construction.
