Isle of Hope is a unique area, one of the most beautiful and distinctively-Savannah waterfront areas. Along Bluff Drive past the marina are some of the most beautiful homes in Savannah. Although Isle of Hope proper is a small area, many people consider a larger area as "Isle of Hope area", like the Sandfly community.

The pace is slower once you enter the island and huge oaks with hanging Spanish moss throw you back in time. The homes along Bluff Drive are very expensive, but there are neighborhoods in the Isle of Hope area that are affordable for many buyers. The Sandfly community has some shops, restaurants and convenient stores and a new Walmart store is in close proximity.
