Southbridge and Savannah Quarters -- Savannah Ga Homes

southbridge.godley 284.jpgI've added information pages for two new neighborhoods -- Southbridge and Savannah Quarters. I'll be adding Savannah Ga (an areas around Savannah) neighborhood and area information pages throughout 2008 with updates to each as changes take place.

Shortly, I'll be adding Downtown and Wilmington Island (or islands in general: Talahi,Whitemarsh, Dutch, etc.)

These are mostly neighborhood areas, not specific subdivisions; however, larger subdivisions might be added with their own page. When searching for a home, the first order of business is to decide on an area, then focus on a subdivision.

My recent military client wanted something close to Hunter Airfield, so it was fairly easy to narrow down the area. The biggest decision then was the particular subdivision, then the particular house. It was a two day process and we were able to avoid a lot of wasted effort by focusing on logistic needs before looking at homes pulled from a magazine that might be a 45 minute drive.

This is the reason I want to add as much information about areas on the website as possible, because that's the most important decision in the beginning -- there are plenty of homes to look at once we've narrowed it down to subdivisions in a certain area.

One thing about being mainly a buyer agent is that I get to know all the reas around Savannah: Tybee Island, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, etc. I'll be creating pages for all these cities and areas with maps and information about distance from the main center, Savannah. However, as many of these cities and areas grow, being close to Savannah may become less important depending on where you'll be working.

There are a lot of options right now on the market, so narrowing down is more important than ever.
