Rice Hope Near Port Wentworth Ga

The Savannah Morning News reports that The Rice Hope development near Port Wentworth will be adding 300 acres to its already large development plan, adding 1500 additional single-family homes and townhomes. The total number at homes at completion is now expected to be 4500. Along with this will be a 65 acre commercial village.
One of the incredible features of this development is that the homes at Rice Hope will be pre-wired with fiber-optic cable and Wi-Fi services will be available.
The clubhouse will be 3100 square feet – there will be walking trails, sports areas, sidewalks, fishing at Indigo lake, kayaking and protected wooded areas for scenic enjoyment.
