Savannah Ga Real Estate -- Pledges for 2008
Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 01:36PM
We are quickly approaching 2008 and I hope everyone has a great year. If this is the year you are planning on buying in Savannah Ga, you'll be able to find some very good deals in the first part of the year. There are many options on the market and builders are still attracting buyers with incentives to sell the over-stock of newly constructed homes.
To all you buyers who choose to use a buyer agent, I hope I am your choice. I had a good year in 2007 in spite of the market slowdown. I am grateful for everyone who chose me to help with the transaction.
I want to start this year with some business pledges:
1. I pledge to be totally honest with my clients during this rocky time in real estate. I will give you real numbers, even the numbers that are ugly.
2. I will do everything within my power to represent you and your interests, doing everything I tell you I will do.
3. I will continue to gather Savannah Ga information to help you make the very best, informed decision possible. I am using new tools this year to gather and process information which should improve the information, making it more useful and profitable.
4. I will make a concerted effort to keep up with areas covering Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties. On my website I will be adding areas throughout the year with straightforward information, and with photos of homes and surroundings from each area.
5. I will be blogging on a regular basis to provide news of ongoing changes in the Savannah area, and discussing real estate matters that will help you better understand the trends.
6. I pledge to find you the best home, at the best price, with the best conditions.
These things I pledge to do in 2008. I look forward to working with you.
